【DSE英文寫作】Paper 2作文唔用Moreover, Therefore, However，可以用咩？
Additionally/ In addition
1: The government has announced a new education policy. Additionally, it has promised to increase funding for public schools.
2：The new library has a vast collection of books. In addition, it offers a quiet study environment.
Furthermore
Regular exercise contributes to a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, it can reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
Besides
I don’t think we should go to the beach today. Besides, it looks like it’s going to rain.
On top of that
「On top of that」是一個較為口語化的表達，適合用於非正式或半正式的文章中 (e.g., informal letter, articles)，給人一種輕鬆的感覺，但在正式的學術(e.g., reports, proposals) 寫作中應避免使用。
例句：The company has had a fantastic year, with a significant increase in sales. On top of that, customer satisfaction ratings have improved.
Consequently
He did not study for the exam. Consequently, he failed.
Thus
There is a high demand for housing in the city. Thus, the prices of homes have increased.
Hence
She didn’t study hard enough for the exam. Hence, she didn’t pass.
Thus
The evidence was inconclusive. Thus, the jury could not reach a verdict.
As a result
It rained heavily for several hours. As a result, the streets were flooded.
Accordingly
The project was deemed unfeasible. Accordingly, it was abandoned.
Nevertheless
The hike was challenging; nevertheless, we reached the summit before noon.
On the other hand
She is very experienced in her field. On the other hand, she lacks knowledge in the new technology.
Nonetheless
The evidence was inconclusive; nonetheless, the jury found him guilty.
Yet
The problem seemed unsolvable, yet with persistence, they found a solution.
Albeit
The trip was exciting, albeit a little scary at times.
