因為 – Because
As

Since
用法：表達一個已為人所知的理由或原因。
例句：Since we had some extra time, we decided to revise our essays. (既然我們有多餘的時間，我們決定修改我們的文章。)
Owing to
用法：是一個正式的表達方式，常用於書面語中。
例句： Owing to the heavy rain, the match was postponed. (由於大雨，比賽被推遲了。)
雖然 – Although
Even though
用法：與”although”同義，但更加強調對比度。
例句：Even though the exam was difficult, she managed to get a high score. (雖然考試很難，但她設法取得了高分。)
Despite/ In spite of
用法：通常和名詞或動名詞一起使用。
例句：Despite the bad weather, the event was successful. (儘管天氣不好，活動還是成功了。)
Notwithstanding
用法：與”despite”和”although”相似，但更加正式。

此外 – Moreover
Furthermore

Additionally/ In addition
用法：與”furthermore”類似，但更常用於口語。

Apart from that
用法：強調除了已經提及的信息之外，還有其他信息。
例句：She’s a great teacher. Apart from that, she’s very kind to her students. (她是一位很好的老師。此外，她對學生也非常和和藹。)
因此 – Therefore
Consequently
用法：表示結果，比”therefore”正式，通常用於重要的決定或事件的真相負面結果。
例句：He didn’t study for the exam. Consequently, he failed. (他沒有為考試做準備。因此，他沒有通過。)
Hence
用法：這個詞與”therefore”同義，但帶有一點古英語的色彩。
例句：She was the only candidate with relevant experience; hence, she got the job. (她是唯一具有相關經驗的候選人；因此，她得到了這份工作。)
Thus
用法：用於表達結果，比”therefore”更書面化。

Nevertheless

On the contrary
